I was raised in the Rio Grande Valley, learning the value of connection to others from a pretty early age. I have three brothers, to whom I attribute a lot of my independence and overall boldness to. I was always involved in competitive sports, although looking back it was always more about the people I got to be alongside.

I made the 11.5 hour drive up to Lubbock, Texas for college to study advertising and have a very short lived gig on the track team. The first year away from home was a perfectly curated concoction of things that made me feel completely out of balance. After some time, I found people that helped me find solid ground. I took a summer camp counseling job and realized the work I was going to do for the rest of my life needed to be people focused. That summer at camp ended up being a pretty big turning point in my life. I found a vision, the courage to change my path, and also my future husband.

Flash forward to today, I am honored that I have been able to see this vision come to life. I launched Evermore Counseling Company officially in November of 2024. The heart of what I do continues to be people driven, as I believe every single person is worthy of peace and healing. I am truly honored to get to walk along alongside and witness courage and resilience in my clients on a daily basis.
